We seek a full-time National Program Associate to help plan and execute programs including Maimonides Moot Court Competition (MMCC) and Hadar’s Israel-based gap year program, two of our teen programs. Our vibrant center of learning, Yeshivat Hadar, is known for sophisticated Torah study, a commitment to gender equality, and a network of people who share a quest for purpose and meaning.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, attentive to detail, comfortable managing data, and excels at multitasking. The National Program Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting operations and logistics and help to manage the participant experience from recruitment through program execution. This person will be energized by a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people. This position sits on the Program and Engagement team, and reports to the National Program Manager. This is a full-time position with preference for someone based in New York or a Hadar region. This position may require occasional domestic travel.

Core Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with program participants and institutional partners before, during, and after each program to provide necessary information and support in a timely manner.
Work closely with the director of Maimonides Moot Court Competition on implementing and evaluating recruitment strategies, including gathering data on target demographics or key program components through independent research.
Manage complex registration processes from start to finish to ensure accurate and efficient data management, and a smooth experience for participants.
Oversee program operations and logistics including organizing transportation, working with event venues and caterers, researching and hiring vendors, printing materials, and ordering supplies.
Help manage program finances including drafting and tracking invoices, and processing reimbursements and honorariums.
Administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment and program design for MMCC and gap year program.

Qualifications:
Highly organized and responsible, with the ability to oversee and track progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and driven to initiate and implement new systems to improve program efficiency.
Skilled in problem-solving, anticipating needs, planning, and finding creative solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and clear communication style and excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in learning and utilizing technology and systems effectively, including Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, Survey Monkey, CVent, Google Workplace, Zoom, and project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
Possesses a flexible and collaborative spirit, contributing to a positive and cooperative work environment.
Demonstrates a passion for Hadar’s mission and an understanding of the value of the Yeshiva and immersive learning experiences.
Familiarity with the Jewish institutional teen landscape, a plus.

Salary:
The salary for this position is from $55,000-$65,000
